Known Facts: The preceding President to George Sears, James in The Patriots new puppet. Tired of being used James co-operates with Solidus in the hope of actually becoming a new Patriot. James later tells Raiden everything he knows about The Patriots, but requesting Raiden kill him after Solidus betrayed him ("Even a queen is just a playing piece"), Ocelot assassinates James as he had out used his usefulness.
